Welcome to the West Point Ball web-site. Our event started when my wife Renee thought that it would be a fabulous location to have a Period Dinner/Dance Ball. We have had seven wonderful years hosting this event which I personally would like to thank all our guests and friends for making it such a successful Ball.

The date for our next Gala is tentatively, January 19, 2013 and the cost is $80 per person.  There will be a block of rooms reserved at the Thayer Hotel; $135 per couple/night + 8.13% tax, $10 each additional adult with a limit of 4 in a room. Cocktail Hour starts at 6pm.

Please make your reservations directly with the hotel to guarantee this rate. You should ask for the “Civil Era Ball” rate when speaking to the reservationist. The Thayer Hotel had charged one night’s stay as a deposit but with the new management they’re only asking for a CC to hold the room.
 
The music will be performed by “Spare Parts” and Marc Casslar will be our Dance Master. All the dances will be prompted except for the Waltz, Polka and Schottische.

Make sure that everyone in your group has a Photo I.D. for there is a security check point entering the Post
